We review your submission and come back to you with the route to publication and a realistic timescale for your property. We don't advertise a guaranteed turnaround, because we would rather give you the real one.
Which portals will my property be listed on?▾
Rightmove and Zoopla are the two portals that matter for a UK rental, and they are what we prepare your listing for. We confirm the exact portals with you before anything is published.
Is the £99 really a one-time fee with no hidden costs?▾
Yes. You pay £99 once. There are no monthly fees, no renewal fees, no commission on rent, and no contract to sign. Additional services such as professional photography or tenant referencing are available separately if you want them.
What do I need to provide to list my property?▾
Basic property details (address, number of bedrooms, rent amount), a short description (we can help write or polish this), and at least a few photos. You can upload everything through the listing form — it takes about 10 minutes.
Can I manage tenant enquiries myself?▾
Absolutely. Once your property is listed, you'll receive access to your landlord portal where you can view all enquiries, manage viewing requests, review applications and track rent — all in one place.
What if I need to make changes to my listing after it's live?▾
